My favorite Mall
I will never forget  the first time if I went Al Rashed mall. First time was last month. There is  beautiful mall.

 There are many restaurant like MacDonald's and, KFC. There is a large area and, it has many people there. It has a good service and , clean mall. Many of people go there because, it a best mall in the world. There is a large parking and, it organized. There are a lot of stores like star bucks . It's a big mall and, it's organize.


I will go to Alrashed mall at the weekend. I advise you to go there. I think Al-Rashed mall is the best mall in the world

Wali Dad

Wali Dad

         Wali Dad is a cutter. His personality depends about his occupation, so he is a cutter. I think he has a good personality. He become once more a grass cutter.

Wali Dad has many things most important in his life like, money, because he carried it. He transfer many things his life. He was making mistake like when he sent gift to another place. But now he become carful if he wants to sent any gift he will make sure that gift gose to right place.


In conclusion, I recommend that you make sure about all your own work. If you lost any things try to find it. When you make something mistakes in your life or in your job or in  your home whatever, you should to fix all these mistakes.

                                                       My Favorite Team
My favorite team is AL-alhli. There are  many good players like Omar. and Fawaz. It established in 1937. It has many championship. Also it has a nice stadium.

1-         Muscle Strain:
-        Symptoms (pain at rest, weakness … etc.)
-        Tests: the muscle will be longer.
-        Treatment: Take anti-inflammatory drugs, Protection, rest, ice and compression.
2-         Dislocated:
-        Symptoms (Bulge, and shoulder will separate)
-        Causes: (more flexible in our body)
-        Treatment:  use Analgesic, surgery.
3-         Broken.
-        Your bone which was broken , keep it safe for 1 month and 2 weeks at least, and use cream and Analgesic to fix it, and also don’t play football in 1 month and 2 weeks at least.
4-         Warming:
-        Do exercise 30 minutes at least before playing football. Like push up, walking, jogging, running, and move all your joints and your muscles.
5-         Hydration

-        Drink enough water, like 1 liter before playing football. to give you enough salts for you body, and to avoid your body from drying.
