Medical Advice
1- Muscle Strain:
- Symptoms (pain at rest, weakness … etc.)
- Tests: the muscle will be longer.
- Treatment: Take anti-inflammatory drugs, Protection, rest, ice and compression.
2- Dislocated:
- Symptoms (Bulge, and shoulder will separate)
- Causes: (more flexible in our body)
- Treatment: use Analgesic, surgery.
3- Broken.
- Your bone which was broken , keep it safe for 1 month and 2 weeks at least, and use cream and Analgesic to fix it, and also don’t play football in 1 month and 2 weeks at least.
4- Warming:
- Do exercise 30 minutes at least before playing football. Like push up, walking, jogging, running, and move all your joints and your muscles.
5- Hydration
- Drink enough water, like 1 liter before playing football. to give you enough salts for you body, and to avoid your body from drying.
